    Workplace incivility, a brazen behavior, is an omnipresent form of antisocial behavior in the workplaces. It is an unethical organizational behavior which has reported a plethora of negative consequences on employees as well as on the organization as a whole. The ascendency in uncivil workplace behaviors in organizations and it’s far and wide implications especially on employee well-being as reported in the literature occupies all the more relevance for carrying out the present study. The study therefore, aims to document the prevalence of workplace incivility and ascertain its relationship with job stress among nurses working in various hospitals of Srinagar city. Taking into cognizance the Affective Events to support the literature, the study investigated the strategies adopted by the nurses to combat the consequences of uncivil behaviors at the workplace. A total of 120 nurses who participated in the study were administered a well-established questionnaire using random sampling technique. As hypothesized, a positive correlation between workplace incivility and job stress was found

    The study aims to assess the causal nexus between exports and economic growth in India over a 32 year period (1991-2022). The direction of causality between the two variables is determined by Granger Causality test in order to examine whether exports lead to economic growth in India known as export-led growth hypothesis in the economics literature or the economic growth generates more exports for the country (growth-led exports hypothesis). The results provide the evidence of a bidirectional causality between exports and economic growth in India, thereby extending support to both export-led growth andgrowth-led exports hypotheses

With the growing diversity of the workforce and enterprises entering new markets, it is more critical than ever for businesses to keep their employees engaged in order to retain top talent thereby helping an organization in sustainability. Organizational sustainability is described as a company's capacity to meet a variety of financial, environmental, and human performance goals. Employees that are engaged with their work are more likely to be content with their positions that have a significant impact on quality, effectiveness, work efficiency and in particular lowering expenses that ultimately leads to lower turnover rates and a competitive advantage for the company and contributing to sustainable development over the time. Since engaged individuals have a positive attitude toward their job and are typically profoundly dedicated to it, they may be anticipated to do their responsibilities more competently, resulting in improved individual or group performance as well as a strong basis for organizational sustainability.     The hybrid Workplace System was profoundly infused into the higher education system in India during the COVID-19 pandemic and has laudably contributed to the teaching-learning process. Nevertheless, it has malfunctioned in many academic areas, including management education. This is because, how to infuse a hybrid workplace system more effectively in the education system is somewhat unclear and unexplored in past research. Therefore, it is in this background that the present study aims to unfold why the hybrid workplace model has malfunctioned in management education and what strategies are required so that the hybrid workplace system is effectively extended to management education in India. The study is primarily exploratory in nature and used the Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) and the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to find the adaptability of a hybrid workplace system in higher education. The study observed that due to the lack of strategical approach and backend resources, the hybrid workplace system has malfunctioned in management education and accordingly puts forth some relevant strategies based on the hybrid workplace model developed by the author for successful implementation of the hybrid workplace system in India. The strategies are specifically institution-centric and demand collective involvement and commitment from all the stakeholders of management education, besides the proactive role of institutional leadership backed with adequate physical and financial resources. The strategies proposed by the study shall have a favorable effect on the efficacy of management education in India in the years to come

    This research paper has attempted to evaluate the sustainable performance of select infrastructure projects of Jammu & Kashmir using survey methodology. Importance of sustainable development is crucial to understand the effectiveness and impact of infrastructure projects. This paper examines the current state of sustainable infrastructure, identifies key strengths and weaknesses, and explores potential areas for improvement in construction projects of Jammu & Kashmir. The study adopts survey approach, through data collected from stakeholders affected by these projects. The survey instrument has been designed to capture perceptions, attitudes, and experiences related to sustainability criteria, including Environmental Impacts, Social Equity and Economic Viability. Google forms was used for getting information through an adapted questionnaire. Snowball sampling has been used and the data was analysed by IBM SPSS27 and SmartPls 3. The findings shed light on the alignment between stakeholder perspectives and the overall sustainability goals of infrastructure projects.
